The New York State Cinderella Scholarship Pageant was established in March of 2008 and is run by the Director Joan Rosner of West Seneca, New York. It is associated with the International Cinderella Pageant which has been in existance since 1976. Cinderella has championed the need and value of higher education for women and has
promoted that goal by awarding millions of dollars in cash college scholarship to young women from the United States and a host of foreign countries annually at the International Pageant currently held in Dallas Texas.
