Young ladies 3-26, Babies through Tiny Tots (0 to 35 months) Prince Charming (0 to age 6) , are invited to participate in New York State Preliminaries through out the coming year, culminating with the State finals in May, 2009. The winners will represent New York State at the Cinderella Scholarship Pageant International Finals in Las Vegas, Nevada, July, 2009 . The Cinderella Scholarship Program, founded in 1976, has grown into the largest and most prestigious scholarship oriented pageant system of its kind in the world. Participants start out on the local level and based upon their performance can advance to the State level of competition and then proceed to the final level of competition, the International Pageant.
